The Friday Night Concert Series returns to the Hunt Valley Towne Centre this Friday, June 1.
This year's line up features lots of new bands and some returning favorites including Mister Wilson and The Fugitives! See the full line up and learn more about each band online at the Friday Night Concert Series event page.
Impulse performs for the first time as part of the Hunt Valley Towne Centre Friday Night Concert Series, kicking things off on Friday, June 1. The rest of the concerts follow suit, free to all, 7:30 to 9 p.m. every Friday, all summer long!

Facebook's new timeline format had us feeling nostalgic, and we responded by creating four, new Facebook photo albums to showcase the Greetings & Readings family from 1979 through 1999. Was it really that long ago, already?

Local car enthusiasts put their beautiful luxury, classic, exotic and modified cars on display every Saturday morning in the Hunt Valley Towne Centre.
Visit Saturdays from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. to enjoy Hunt Valley Cars & Coffee. Finish up with a cup of coffee from Caribou Coffee, Panera Bread, Chick-fil-A or, once the store opens at 10 a.m., the G&R Café inside Greetings & Readings!

 Author depicts tale of competitive steeplechasing
Inspired by the Henry Taylor poem of the same name, Flying Change: A Year of Racing and Family and Steeplechasing is the true story of a man changing strides and leaving the comforts and security of middle-age life to reenter the hazardous and highly competitive world of steeplechasing.
Author Patrick Smithwick visits Greetings & Readings on Saturday, June 2 from 1 to 3 p.m. to meet readers and sign copies of his book, Flying Change.
From the rolling hills of Maryland horse country, Smithwick issues a movingly written call for us to get up, go outdoors and let the senses play, to feel a cold rain on our shoulders and sit in front of a warm fire, to smell hay and grass and live in the beauty of spring dawns and brilliant autumn sunsets.

 Author pens adventure for middle-grade readers
In local author Matthew Mainster's adventurous story for middle grade readers, a small country in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean is hidden from the rest of the world by a circle of unnavigable fog. It's called Giggleswick, and an unusual man approaches twelve-year-old Elliot Bisby and his family and asks them to move there.
Before they know it, the struggling Bisby family finds themselves on a tiny boat captained by a man who prefers a singing parrot to a compass, and they soon embark on a journey that no other seaman could make and live to tell about.
